Job Type: Part Time, 24 hours per week, Fixed Term, until 31/12/2022

Reporting to the Leasehold Operations Manager, the Property Manager will provide expertise and specialist advice on all aspects of managing Leasehold and shared ownership properties ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach across all Customer groups.
About the role:
You will take ownership of the Leasehold and Shared Ownership policies and procedures to ensure that they are up to date with current legislation and that working practices are in line with group policies whilst ensuring the prompt and efficient response to queries from both new and existing customers regarding shared ownership and leasehold properties, rent and service charges following lease or legislative requirements.
You’ll work in partnership with the Customer Services Directorate to ensure prompt responses to all queries across the Leasehold and shared owner spectrum ensuring excellent customer service when appropriate including preparing cases for First Tier Tribunals. You will deliver value for money and manage resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring that targets (financial and non-financial) are met.
The successful candidate will be qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths and qualified to IRPM or equivalent Housing Qualification or working towards. You’ll need previous experience working in the following; delivering a customer focussed service, working in a housing-related field, shared ownership initiatives, Leasehold Management including Health & Safety compliance requirements and setting and monitoring budgets.
You must have knowledge of Leasehold legislation including S20 consultation process and consultation and Landlord and Tenant Law. It is essential that you possess a full driving license and use of your own vehicle with a flexible approach to working and willingness to undertake training.
You may have experience of the following: Property Manager, Estate Agent, Lettings Manager, Sales Manager, Negotiator, Sales Agent, Lettings Agent, Sales Negotiator, Leasehold, etc.
