Recruitment Administrator (fixed term until 31 December 2021)

As we start to re-open our businesses and welcome back our customers and guests, we will need to hire amazing talent to enable us to bounce back!

Therefore, we need a Recruitment Administrator to assist the HR team with onboarding our new employees across all of our businesses (AEG Europe, AEG Presents (including Eventim Apollo & indigo at The O2), AXS, The O2 and Uber Boat by Thames Clippers).

You’ll be managing the contract process, ensuring contracts are sent to new starters in a timely manner and then setting them up on our HR system and other relevant systems (time & attendance and requesting IT equipment) so that they can be paid on time and have everything they need ready for their first day.

You’ll also deal with all new starters Right to Work, referencing and security clearance, in line with employment legislation with our third-party providers.

You’ll be a people person, who wants to wow our new starters and ensure they have a Best in Class onboarding experience with us.

You’ll have relevant HR or Recruitment experience; be solutions focussed and be able to manage a high-volume workload, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail even when under pressure.

You’ll have experience of using a HR system (we use Select HR) and inputting data correctly, along with a knowledge of employment contracts and Right to Work legislation.

You’ll love working in a demanding but fun environment and will retain a positive “can-do” attitude and empathy even when you’re busy.

This is a crucial role where you can really make a difference!

We will give you all the training you need on our systems and processes to ensure you are set up for success.

Where: You’ll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX but we are currently working remotely. Once back in the office from the end of June, we’ll be working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. We offer flexible start and end times and also welcome flexible working conversations.
