Regional Administrator (Charity)

The Operations Directorate is at the heart of this strategy and they  have reshaped their administration structure to focus on specialisms that allow them to realise their strengths and build on the excellent work they have done to date and grow their service to provide advice and support to anyone diagnosed with dementia. 

Position: Regional Administrator 
Location: Flexible across England, Wales & Northern Ireland 
Contract type: Fixed Term, Full or Part time 
Hours: Between 21 and 35 per week 
Salary: £11,167 to £22,290 per annum dependant on location & hours

About the role: 

They are looking for a talented individual to join their new Regional Administration Hub, established just over a year ago, providing quality, flexible and effective administrative support to teams within the Operations directorate, virtually across London and South East England. They aim to deliver an excellent experience for everyone who encounters the team by providing a professional first point of contact backed up by an efficient and effective administrative service. 

You will ensure that Society wide information systems and processes are followed consistently and will work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless, integrated administrative service to support Operations functions. 

About you: 

Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent, you will possess a European Computer Driving Licence or demonstrable equivalent experience of using IT systems. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to develop good working relationships at all levels are essential. Attention to detail, a flexible and pro-active approach are also required.
