We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join our West & Wales Solus region looking after approx 23 sites. This area is a wide geographical area and a variety of different sized hotels with varying complexities within it.
What we’d like from you
Our Regional Operations Managers are essential in upholding our high levels of customer service, whilst maintaining compliance with our brand standards and legal framework whilst driving sales and profit growth. By analysing our key business performance measures, you will develop effective action plans to continuously improve on your regional performance and business KPI targets.
Leading and inspiring our customer facing teams to continuously improve our guest experience, you will drive employee engagement and deliver our growth agenda. A resilient individual who is adaptable to change you’re not afraid to make the tough decisions. You can also build and sustain positive working relationships with your regional colleagues to share best practices and continually look to optimise business opportunities across the Whitbread Group.

Who you are
To deliver what we’re looking for, you’ll be an experienced leader with a 10+ multi-site background within Hotel, Retail or Leisure sector, along with a proven expertise of delivering great results and sound business acumen.
