Remote / Part-time Admin support

Lazard Plumbing, Heating and Gas is a specialized plumbing contractor providing premium installations and maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in East London and Havering.
We are currently looking for a Remote / Work from home Part-time Admin support to help the organization
Duties / Responsibilities 
  • Management of incoming calls and emails
  • Arranging appointments when necessary
  • Completing general administration and dashboards. 
  • Training within the role will be provided, but previous experience is essential.
Essential skills: 
  • Excellent telephone skills. 
  • Be organized and manage multitask effectively. 
  • Great attention to details. 
  • Experienced in Microsoft word. 
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Be self-confident.
  • Likes to engage with people. 
  • Be friendly with customers. 
  • Patient and polite. 
  • Persistent. 
  • Accept responsibility. 
Salary / Benefits
  • 10/hour 
  • Standard hours – 3 days a week 8 am-3 pm, Monday-Wednesday
