Role overview
You can be part of something incredible, we have been given the opportunity to open a Superstore in the Beaumont Leys area in Leicester for initially 6 months. We are recruiting a team of Assistant Managers to help run this operation and generate as much revenue for The Air Ambulance Service as possible.

There are some key details below:

Interview dates: 26th and 27th October (Online)
Start dates: 9th November 2020

Location: Beaumont Leys, Leicester

Hours: 16 hours per week (We have 2 roles available)

Hourly rate: £8.75

Duration: 6 Months

The Role:

As an Assistant Manager in one of our superstores you will have one of the most varied roles in our organisation. You will be involved in aspects of working in the store including but not limited to, stock processing and generation, customer service and sales, banking, visual merchandising, tills and everything that fits in between! You will get a true experience of working in Charity retail and all the work that goes into providing funds for our service that saves lives across the region.

The person:

We ideally would like some retail experience for these roles as we need to hit the ground running on opening. However we are open to all backgrounds from both commercial and charity, we will give you the tools and training that you need. Aside from that its all about behaviours, you will love providing an exceptional customer experience, operating to high standards plus the energy and drive to create as much revenue as possible for our service.
