Retail Project ManagerThe retail world is changing as we know it and we are looking to appoint a Retail Project Manager on a years fixed term contract initially. The key purpose of this role is drive and execute a suite of projects across our national portfolio of 56 shops. This is an incredibly varied role which will leading projects on digital transformation, new shop openings, process changes all with the overarching aim to innovate and deliver our stores for the future. This role will work at pace and have multiple projects coinciding at any one time across the Charity, you can expect to be working with multiple functions internally and suppliers/contractors externally.

Retail Project Manager Requirements:
We need someone who has ideally managed end to end projects within a retail setting, we are very open to both commercial and charity retail settings. You will have managed multiple projects working consecutively that have involved stakeholders from across the organisation. Any experience in property, new stores, digitalisation and process improvement will be beneficial to your application.

We save lives, be it the Emergency or Children’s Air Ambulance our Helicopters and our operations teams ensure we are with people in their upmost time of need. To keep our helicopters flying; our retail shops, fundraising teams and volunteers raise the much needed funds required.

Location: Daventry. The role will a mixture of remote and office-based working with also travel to our shops when required. Our Retail HQ is in Daventry and our Charity HQ is in Rugby.
Job type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract initially
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
