Function: HR (Reward and Pensions)  

Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Like most we are working remotely however when we are able to return to the office, we do support flexible and remote working   

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract   

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000

Duration: 6 Months


We have an exciting opportunity available for a fixed term Reward Advisor here at Whitbread. Supporting our Operational Business, you will provide first line support on reward queries and process, support the delivery of the UK Reward Plan as well as own and coordinate all operational reward communications. What you will be doing:


  • You will be responsible for managing the Reward Inbox by responding to pay and incentive queries from our Operational colleagues   
  • You will be the go-to in advising and providing expert advice to senior stakeholders within Operations as well as HR Business Patterns on a variety of queries including off cycle pay increases in line with pay policies, supplements as well as holding allowances   
  • You will ensure that UK Reward process are GDPR compliant and in line with internal data protection policies  
  • You will provide informative communications to Operations, including plans for annual incentives and pay review. As well Maintenance of communications on the Reward SharePoint sites   
  • Ensure that data entry into the internal HR System is accurate and managed when needed  
  • Support and work collaboratively with the Reward Manager for Operations as well as the Head of Reward on Project Activity such as equal pay audits, trading incentives and pay incentives
