We have a rare opportunity for an experienced sales administrator to work on a permanent part time basis 16 hours per week. Our Mansfield based client have been established for over 20 years and are a market leader within their field.

Within the role of part time sales administrator, you will:
Support the sales team to deliver products to clients and ensure continuity of supply.
Receive and process sales orders using the internal database system.
Manage sales orders from start to finish liaising with suppliers, customers, and customs agents.
Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries.
Provide general administration support as required.
The ideal candidate for the role:
Must be looking for permanent part time work 16 hours per week.
Have previous sales administration and customer service experience.
Computer literate with good use of MS Word and excel
Great attention to detail with the ability to work on your initiative and in a busy environment.
Fantastic customer service with the ability to talk to people at all levels.
