Staysure are the largest and one of the fastest growing travel insurance brands with opportunities for inbound Sales and Service Consultants to join our team. We are offering flexible shift patterns between 16-24 hours a week. Shifts available include, mid day shifts, evenings and weekends. 


You will be responding to incoming queries about our travel insurance products, completing eligibility questions, offering quotes and processing sales, and of course providing an excellent level of customer service for their entire journey!


We are looking for Sales and Service Consultants with the motivation to hit targets and earn an uncapped bonus on top of your basic salary.

Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 (pro rata dependent on experience) + uncapped bonus

What we need from you: 

  • Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy with customers
  • Good written and communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and time manage
  • Good IT skills
  • Knowledge of insurance is desirable
