Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £40,000 to £70,000 per annum
Benefits: Competitive salary plus annual bonus. 33 days holiday per year (including BH), pension, Life assurance. This role would suit those who have recently graduated or had one or two years relevant work experience. About the role:
As part of our growth plans we looking to build the strength of our next generation of leaders and strengthen our focus on sales and revenue growth. Core to this sales role is key account management, sales leadership and internal relationship building.
We are looking for great sales leaders, emerging and experienced seeking a long-term career path from the Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, Utilities, Waste, Oil and Gas industries to come and join us. We will consider individuals that have come from comparable industries to those mentioned that have been impacted by the recent pandemic. At the onset this role will report into the Director of Sales.
You are enterprising, ambitious and thrive on successfully engaging with key customers to clearly understand their expectations, identifying opportunities for organic growth and new streams of revenue.
You are a sales leader and know how to inspire and develop Sales teams; you will have a thorough understanding of leading edge sales management techniques and will be experienced in developing sales teams that builds their capability and translates into revenue performance.
You will be an expert in solution development, negotiating deals, network development and identifying sales opportunities with key customers; likewise you will be great at internal sales and be able to establish strong internal relationships with key stakeholders.
The non-negotiables at our end? You must have a strong academic record, ideally sciences, engineering or business administration. You will have experience in a manufacturing type environment that involves hazardous materials as part of its production/process.
You will have the aspiration to reach Director level, be prepared to work hard to learn and fast track and be firmly on the upward trajectory of your career. You will be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and will have strong commercial acumen. Our solutions often involve innovation and technical know-how and therefore you will need to be able to demonstrate how you develop internal relationships to deliver sales solutions.
