Sales Support Administrator – part time

Role – Sales Support Administrator

Hours – flexible part time hours – 25 – 30 hours per week / Monday to Friday – permanent position

Location – Neasden area, NW London

Salary £10.00 – £10.50 per hour

Our client is looking for a part time sales administrator to join them as soon as possible.

A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join this busy business located near Neasden in NW London.

Duties include :

  • Processing Invoices
  • Debit notes
  • Banking
  • Petty Cash
  • Filing
  • Ensuring all refunds or payment rejections are reconciled and processed
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Answering the phone
  • General administrator duties
  • You will need to have a proven track record within an administration environment with strong attention to detail.
    You will need to possess excellent communication and Microsoft office skills; and be expected to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
