Salary: £34,908 per annum

About the role:
Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an experienced and dynamic marketer to join our busy team.
As a senior member of the Communications and Marketing team you will work closely with the Head of Communications and Marketing to champion Hft’s brand and devise an integrated marketing strategy which supports the charity’s strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for directing and coordinating the teams’ content generation strategy and will work closely with the PR and Digital Communication team to generate compelling and motivational content for Hft’s external campaigns.
We’re looking for a manager who has a real passion and enthusiasm for brand and marketing. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders across the charity to explain the benefits of a strategic marketing approach and how to use Hft’s brand effectively.
This is an exciting and evolving role that involves working strategically across the team with responsibility for brand development, design and creation of marketing materials, photo and video production, through to event and budget management. The ability to lead others while working under pressure and prioritising a demanding workload is essential.
