Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £31,962 to £36,326 actual per annum depending on location

About the role:
This is an exciting time for our client as they look to significantly increase their investment in research and development. They have committed to investing at least £150m in dementia research and development over the next decade. In the role of Senior Innovator the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of their Innovation Team to manage the delivery of a range of innovation sprints, prototyping and testing projects, and projects to accelerate the take up of impactful, desirable and scalable solutions to transform dementia care.
Our client is looking for an individual who has experience of managing the delivery innovation projects, delivered with wide-stakeholder groups including people affected by dementia. You will have a good understanding of innovation processes and techniques, the challenges of scaling up innovations and will be and impact focused team player.
