Working with our Head of Learning & Organisational Development, the Senior Learning & Organisational Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving learning and development within a growing and forward-thinking organisation. This is a true leadership role giving you the opportunity to help shape the future of learning and development in a fast moving, fast growing, UK wide organisation. You will lead and manage team members and work with a range of key stakeholders to deliver high quality and innovative development programmes and interventions to embed learning across the organisation. Examples include leadership development, management development, talent, coaching and onboarding programmes.

You will play a lead role in designing and delivering the overall learning and organisational development approach aligned with our People Strategy that enables us to deliver our learning value.
Your visionary and strategic approach to best practice and best fit gained from forward thinking organisations balanced with your tenacity, creativity and drive will empower the team to enable great outcomes for the organisation. One size doesn’t fit all. Your excellent ability to create diverse ways of enabling innovative solutions will be crucial in a growing and fast-moving organisation.
Finally, you will be an inspirational and empowering leader - leading, managing and developing team members to be highly motivated and deliver excellent learning and development interventions to support organisational capability. Your excellent ability to unleash the talent within the team will be essential.
 

Responsibilities

A bit about you..
1. Demonstrable experience of leading and managing extensive engagement with a range of senior stakeholders in a L&OD related client-consultant relationship.

2. Substantial experience of successfully leading, managing and developing highly motivated team members in designing, enabling and embedding practical and innovative L&OD solutions and strategies to realise organisational priorities in a highly impactful way.

3. Substantial experience in taking a lead role in successfully enabling a learning organisation and taking a strategic focus to ensuring that L&OD interventions are aligned with the organisation's strategy.

4. Extensive experience of designing, delivering, embedding and evaluating Leadership, Management, Talent, Coaching and Onboarding programmes that drive cultural change.

5. Demonstrable commitment and practice to Continuous Professional Development including using and implementing a range of psychometric tools and L&OD tools and techniques to support individuals, teams and the wider organisation to embed organisational values and enable cultural change.
