I am currently looking for a Senior Sous Chef to help lead the team alongside the Head Chef at this beautiful Countryside Hotel near Bath. Looking for someone who is passionate about modern British food.
A Senior Sous Chef role like no other, you will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen gardens and can change on an hourly basis.
This will be challenging to create new dishes, but very rewarding allowing you to use your creative flair.
As a Senior Sous Chef you will:
- Be running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Helping to manage all aspects of the kitchen.
- Overseeing sections.
- Stock take.
- Maintaining standards.
- Daily health and safety checks.
- Managing and motivating the rest of the team.
Experience in a similar role is essential as is your own transport due to the hotel being in a rural location.
The annual salary is £31,000 with the addition of points based service charge.
