About the role:

Working within our Community Support service, as a Group Coordinator, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide group support and guidance to people with dementia and their carers, helping to maintain their independence, improving their sense of well-being, and putting them in more control of their lives.

About you:

You will co-ordinate, organise and facilitate the successful and safe provision of services delivered in a group setting. The groups will include Singing for the Brain, Activity Groups, Peer Support Groups and Information Hubs.

Group activities can inform, educate, support and provide fun and enjoyment. Groups are for a specific type of client, for example groups for people with dementia only or people with dementia and their carer.
