Service Manager - Early Help & Inclusion

This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to lead the development of our Early Help, SEND & Inclusion Service providing early and targeted support to children and families in Rutland.

Service Manager - Early Help & Inclusion Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading a committed and experienced team to ensure efficient delivery of front line services to children and young people, including those with additional needs. Through forming strong relationships with partner organisations, you will ensure the early help and inclusion offer is comprehensive, cohesive and effective.

Service Manager - Early Help & Inclusion Requirements:

We need a skilled manager who can support across the breadth of services we deliver – you’ll need to be dynamic, robust, and support innovative thinking and creative solutions. Our size enables us to work collaboratively with each other and with partners in a way that supports great outcomes - so your ability to make and nurture strong relationships will be key.

For this role you need to have experience of leading and managing at a senior level with a successful track record in the strategic development and operations of services to children and their families. You will be experienced in establishing and maintaining partnership working, and a have a passion for delivering child centered services that make a real difference.

Location: Oakham, Rutland

Job Type: The role is for an initial 12 month period, and provides an excellent secondment opportunity

Hours: 37 hours per week. Part time hours also considered.

Salary £47,522 to £51,138 plus market supplement
