You will provide dedicated administrative support to students as part of a team delivering front-facing services both from over a customer service portal and in the University's Student Administration Centre, when open. You will provide accurate and reliable information and guidance to students across a broad range of services, and you will contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient service to users. Using Microsoft office and University business IT systems to carry out your duties, you will establish yourself as a recognised point of contact to users of the student online ServiceNow portal and the Centre, ensuring that the Division presents a positive image to its customers at all times.
This is maternity cover for a part-time post which requires 20 hours a week to be worked. During University term times, the hours of work will be 10.00am-2.00pm, Monday to Friday. Working patterns outside of term times may be negotiated and agreed with your line manager. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. The post is available from 15 February 2021 until 14 February 2022.
