Position: Housing Support Worker
Location: St Helens Mersyside
Job type: Part Time, Fixed Term Contract until April 2020
Hours: 16 hours per week
Salary: £7,382.85 to £9,988.57 pro rata (£16,150 to £21,850 full time hours) - Depending on experience

About the role:
You will provide support to the Association’s tenants and assist them in sustaining their tenancies and work with the Housing Officer to provide excellent Housing Management services to the residents of St Helens. Establishing effective communication with residents, attending regular estate inspections, surgeries and home visits.
You will have good communication skills, able to communicate with residents, staff, contractors and partner agencies. Be target driven and able to work as part of a team but equally well with minimum supervision.
A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for these roles.
