We are looking to recruit a dynamic, passionate and committed youth worker to join our dedicated team.
Creative Youth Network is a successful charity organisation that supports young people to reach their potential and lead fulfilling lives by building secure and positive relationships with them based on their individual unique needs. You will be delivering services in Bristol for young people aged 11 – 19. The role will include a combination of 1:1 work, small group work, outreach and open access delivery. You will be responsible for a managing a varied caseload of vulnerable young people.
It would be desirable if you have experience of working with young people around issues related to sex and relationships and well-being/mental health.
You’ll have two years’ experience of delivering a range of interventions to achieve outcomes for young people through effective use of resources and targeted delivery.
You’ll be expected to have the confidence to challenge a diverse group of young people and fuel their motivation to engage with the service. You’ll also need to demonstrate an ability to build effective, meaningful and trusting relationships with young people, empowering them and providing tailored guidance.
Travel is required for this role, so a full driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial. You’ll also be expected to work a minimum of one evening per week, therefore flexibility is also essential.

Salary: £23,284 per annum (pro rata), grade 2.3
