Team Leader Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader working for Gray Healthcare you will primarily perform a front-line management role. As the 'house lead’ you will effectively support the Service User and their Community Support Team within designated support packages. By offering on-site direct management through 'on and off’ shift patterns and providing quality assurance and full rota management ensuring safe, responsive and effective working practice. You will also spend time working on shift to promote independence.

You will lead your team, manage the rota, assist with the development of support plans. You will be competent in IT systems, including electronic rostering and Client information management systems.

Team Leader Requirements:

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader with extensive working knowledge in Learning Disability and Autism.
