We couldn’t create the world’s greatest food community without our restaurant partners, and our Sales department are driven by keeping those partners as happy and as part of the Just Eat community as they can. The Sales team’s job is also to acquire new restaurant partners and welcome them into our community by introducing our values and USPs.

It’s not just about getting orders though. Working for our Sales team means you’ll need to hold our partners’ hands throughout our partnership and provide them with the advice they’ll need - as and when they need it.

 

The opportunity

We are looking for a capable and self driven support agent to join our newly formed team. You will be responsible for connecting with targeted restaurant partners to engage, educate and grow their business based on insights and tools that we provide. We want this individual to build trust and belief in our service and intentions with our partners to drive uptake of our services where needed or make changes in their ways of working. Ultimately our goal is to identify opportunity, connect and share this insight with our partners to help drive their business growth and customer experience. 

As a support agent, you should strive to help partners see their true potential, identify key opportunities, share the right tools or advice to grow their business and aspire to deliver a positive experience at all times. Another exciting area of this role will be to lead and test new ways of working with our partners, which will require partner engagement, readiness checks, launch and embedding of the trials as well as presenting the findings post test that will drive our future operating model.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To connect with Restaurant Partners, build trust and be an Ambassador for Just Eat

  • Maximise the potential of existing JUST EAT Takeaway Restaurants through building meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships. 

  • Present relevant business opportunities for growth and savings using existing and potential partner offerings and advice that will grow their customer orders

  • Own planned test projects in key areas, from setup to execution 

  • Deploy an analytical approach with Restaurant Partner performance data to drive the most effective activities with each Restaurant in order to maximise their growth.

  • Build relationships with field teams to execute a strong support network

  • Report on the status of accounts and results within your remit

  • Set and track KPI targets, aligned with company objectives

  • Data driven approach and experience in understanding and owning your objectives and plan

 

Required skills and experience

  • Telephone account management experience

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Proven record of engagement conversion

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

  • Experience in strategic account growth
