Do you have experience working as a Bookkeeper, Finance Assistant, or similar? If so, we are seeking a dedicated and hardworking candidate to join a dynamic and rewarding organisation.

You will be working closely with a member of the Finance Team to assist with administrative and transactional duties, where SAGE will be the basis of your tasks.

Please only apply for this role if you are available immediately. This long-term assignment will require a candidate who can offer reliability and commitment, in addition to their expertise and knowledge.

The role requires flexible hours where you will be needed for between 15 – 22 hours per week. You must be adaptable and able to scale up or down depending on workload. Sadly, applications on a full-time basis cannot be considered.

Temporary Accounts Administrator Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting the Finance Team
  • Processing sales orders
  • Producing invoices on Sage
  • Maintaining and updating the database
  • Processing customer statements
  • General administrative duties as required

Temporary Accounts Administrator Experience

You must have previous experience as a Bookkeeper, Finance Assistant, Finance Administrator or similar. Knowledge or familiarity with Sage will be evident from your CV.

You will be able to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A real self-starter, you must be able to work off your initiative and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Ideally, you will be a qualified bookkeeper or accounting professional (with AAT or similar), although those who are qualified by experience can also be considered.

Temporary Accounts Administrator Rewards

You will receive holiday pay in addition to the competitive hourly rate. This is a long-term assignment in which you will be allowed to showcase your skills and provide a positive impression on the client from the outset.

Location

Our client is located near Bicester (OX25). There is on-site parking available and the office can also be reached using public transport from Bicester itself. However, it would be beneficial for you to have access to your own transport.

Please note, you will be required to travel to the office, those looking to work from home entirely cannot be considered.
