We’re a community of passionate veterinary professionals committed to providing truly exceptional care. We’re set on building something extraordinary: creating the most forward-thinking and innovative place in the veterinary industry.
We’re always looking for people who aspire to stand out in their field, and it’s this vision and enthusiasm that forms the foundation of how we work.
Our mission to deliver progressive, around the clock care means our employees have the very best equipment and treatment options available, including in-house MRI machines and state-of-the-art operating theatres.
We provide ongoing support to our teams, both in practice and through our dedicated training centre. This empowers you to get the very best from our advanced equipment while being on your journey to veterinary excellence.
Veterinary Receptionists are often the first point of contact for our clients, and they help deliver our commitment to exceptional care with a smile.
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome and assist clients before, during and after every visit. Although you don’t need to have hands-on experience working with pets, a love of animals and their welfare is essential.
From handling a busy switchboard and arranging appointments to taking payments, entering test results and ensuring the consult rooms are fully stocked, you’ll enjoy a busy and varied front-of-house role. You’ll also take ownership of ensuring the reception and waiting areas look their best at all times.
Our dedicated practice support colleagues are integral to the daily running of the practice. Veterinary Receptionists and Kennel and Cattery Assistants help create a warm, welcoming and caring atmosphere for our clients and pets at every visit.
