Volunteer Coordinator

At CLIC Sargent we are One Team with One Target. It is our mission to ensure that everyone under 25 with cancer, and their families, get the support they need to thrive, not just survive.

Volunteer Coordinator Requirements:

As a member of the Corporate Resources team, you have a fundamental role in helping us to deliver on our promise to support young people and their families to deal with the effects of cancer, both during and beyond treatment.

Volunteers are a significant part of the CLIC Sargent workforce and investing in them is key to our success as an organisation. We need their support to be able to be there for more children, young people and their families. With the temporary closure of 18 of our shops and a workforce of 280 volunteers that support our retail activities in these shops, it’s vital that our retail volunteers are engaged and motivated to further our evolving trading plans. We need them to continue to be part of our team now and into the future. This role will be responsible for making sure that happens.

We are always looking for talented people from all backgrounds, to join us and help improve the lives of children and young people with cancer and their families. We particularly want to encourage people from under-represented groups to step forward and apply to work or volunteer with CLIC Sargent.

CLIC Sargent is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
