Account Consultant - Public Sector

Content+Cloud is a high-growth, UK based-and-built, technology firm. We are looking for a talented consultant to play a critical role in building relationships with our largest public sector clients. Our ideal candidate understands how to identify client's business problems and connect them with our wide range of technical solutions. They are driven by a commitment to improving public services and a belief in the power technology has to do good. As a account consultant, you will represent our company and interact with major clients and partners at a strategic level. So, if you have some technical, commercial, project management and communication skills, we would like to meet you.


Manage 2-3 major public sector accounts
Grow the company's profile, understanding and revenues within those accounts
Establish strong, long-term client relationships
Influence and support delivery teams
Identify and respond to tenders
Create new solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
Monitor sales performance metrics
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts


An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel UK wide as needed
Willingness and ability to undergo security clearance to all levels
