Ecosurety are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that supplier invoices are paid on time and accurately. They will also maintain the integrity of the Accounts Payable ledger and liaise with the business/suppliers to resolve queries/issues.

Job Description
- Checking that all invoices are appropriately authorised and signed off.
- Setting up the payment run and uploading the payment run to the bank.
- Co-ordinating the new supplier set-up process and chasing suppliers to ensure appropriate documentation is provided.
- Managing and responding to any queries that come into the AP inbox on a timely basis.
- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the AP ledger.
- Act as first reviewer on Credit Card and out of pocket expense claims in SAP Concur system.
- Generate and post journals from SAP Concur system into Sage.
- Updates payment/deposit information in the Cost of Sales Model.
Person Specification
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Fast learner, able to pick up new processes/systems quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Great team working and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong IT skills across the Microsoft suite of packages
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and external demands.
Package
- Circa £28k per year pro rata
- Part-time (3 days/week Monday to Wednesday), 8-hour day with some flexibility. Alternative part-time working patterns would be considered.
- Fixed term for 1 year
- 28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays pro rata
