 As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of a team that is currently working on a management change and digitalization and automatization process within the business, to increase organisational efficiency and to inspire high performance culture.

 You will be able to utilise your expertise in various strategic projects and to execute them with the constant support from the team. Your responsibilities;

 

  • Accounts Payable Invoice processing
  • Processing fixed assets invoices
  • Inter-company Invoice processing
  • Answering vendor queries
  • Updating Purchase order spreadsheets
  • General ledger account analysis
  • Processing payments on a weekly basis
  • Accounts Payable Project work
  • Other Ad-Hoc reporting and administrative duties as required

Education:

  • You hold a degree in Finance Administration subject or equivalent by experience.

Experience:

  • Experience in Accounting;
  • SAP experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excell;
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload and multitask several activities at the same time.

Travel:

  • A valid passport will be required.
  • This is a crossed location position with occasional travels to other territories/countries for meetings and training.
