We are actively looking for a Building Safety Surveyor to join a housing association covering the Manchester and North West area on 6 month FTC.
As the Building Safety Surveyor, you will be:- Managing a range of local and regional projects to deliver of fire risk remediation works and associated building safety works.
- Delivering on fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys
- Delivery on remedial works and reports to ensure compliance legislation met
Experience / qualifications as the Building Safety Surveyor:- Evidence of professional & technical expertise in Fire Safety reports
- Detailed knowledge of current relevant health and safety legislation/regulatory framework/codes of practice
- FDIS, NEBOSH fire and relevant building qualification
As the Building Safety Surveyor, you will receive:- 42000
