We are delighted to be recruiting for this integral role as Business Development Executive, e-Learning in our dedicated and friendly Sales Team.

We are looking for a pro-active and driven sales professional to work closely with our Business Managers to understand the needs of prospective clients and identify opportunities for the implementation of our e-Learning services. You will use this information to engage with senior decision makers to arrange face-to-face and remote sales meetings for your sales colleagues.

You will build a collaborative relationship with your Business Manager with the aim to best serve clients and prospects, showcasing WorkNest products that will add meaningful value to their business. You will also work closely with our campaign managers to provide them with feedback that cover market insights and competitor behaviour.

This is an exciting role for an experienced sales professional to join a team where you will play an important role in the onsite sales team and its success. To join our enthusiastic and friendly sales team, we are looking for:
A quick thinker, who is motivated and energetic.
An experienced sales professional, who is able to lead discussions, influence and persuade senior stakeholders through excellent communication.
Someone who has the ability to absorb product features, turning these into sales benefits whilst on the phone
A great team player, who can work collaboratively with Business Managers to carry-out intelligent diary management
Excellent IT literacy covering Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
Experience of working in sales or telesales with a proven successful track record, running your own team, territory or sector, with specific experience of ‘getting past the gate keeper’
A wealth of B2B experience with senior decision makers, via outbound sales initiatives

The Package
This role attracts a salary of £26,000 per annum plus OTE and an attractive company benefits package, which includes Birthday off, time off to fulfil voluntary work (VITO days), 25-days holiday per year, subsidised gym membership, health cash plan and more.
