Job Description

The Call Handler will join our busy Thatcham helpdesk team who provide technical IT support to a wide range of customers.

Within this role you will answer incoming support calls from customers, asking the right questions to understand their query, before logging the ticket within the ticketing system and escalating to the appropriate engineer.

Fundamental to this role is the ability to work well under pressure during busy periods whilst delivering an exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm and you’ll have the opportunity to grow your technical knowledge through supporting some challenging and interesting products & technologies.

Call Handler Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills; both verbal and written
An excellent telephone manner
Good administration skills
An interest in IT and problem solving
