Job Description

Managing the Hallmark CDP process, you will facilitate and drive the achievement of on-time & in-full execution of Customer programs through the Hallmark business and into store, working cross functionally, across multiple customers and channels.

Business Process Manager Responsibilities:


• Create, validate and maintain Critical Date Paths to deliver all Customer’s activities
• Act as the key liaison point between all internal functions both in the set-up and execution, considering resources, capacity and efficient operation
• Owning the governance forums, you’ll manage the processes to track progress, share risks and pursue decisions and actions from relevant stakeholders
• Act as key liaison directly with the external customer to keep them informed and updated on progress, including any actions from themselves to deliver
• Facilitate and coordinate calendars and programs to ensure milestones, deliverables, critical meetings and dates are aligned, with both internal and external functions. Set up relevant review and action meetings as required with key internal and external parties.
• Proactively monitor progress of CDP’s, identifying any risks promptly and then driving for solutions to resolve with the appropriate teams and task owners, escalating as required to key stakeholders
• Manage against time, resource or cost creep and facilitate and escalate responses to avoid
• Lead post execution reviews for lesson learnt and process improvements

Business Process Manager Accountabilities:

• Guiding and advising matrix managed teams across Hallmark
• Develop plans to ensure successful delivery of all customer activities
• Facilitating the 100% on time – in full delivery of program, with no additional costs incurred, is a key driver both in Hallmark business success and excellent customer relationship
• Key KPI’s include delivery on time, right first time and best operational cost of execution
• Continuous improvement of process, practices and procedures that impact the CDP
• Flagging risks and dependencies, mitigating the effect on CDP

Business Process Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience of working in a similar role, tracking and supporting workflows and CDP’s
• Wide and end-to-end business understanding
• Project & Program management specific training would be an advantage
• High levels of influencing ability are key, working to all levels of the business and cross different functions
• Process driven. Methodical and organised, with strong tenacity and an ability to challenge and hold people to account to deliver
• Management and alignment of various stakeholder groups, cutting through ambiguity and identifying key issues and solutions
• Resilient, tenacious and agile, comfortable managing conflicting priorities and helping identify solutions
• An exceptional eye for detail and ability to connect the dots across multiple processes/procedures or groups, in order to flag risks
• An awareness to risk factors and influences impacting supply chain, FMCG and/or retail
• Evidence of your practical application of risk factors affecting workflows/CDP’s and preventing/mitigating risks/challenges/delays
