This is initially a 6 month fixed-term opportunity with rotational shift patterns between 08:00 and 20:00. Typical shifts will be 0800-1400, 1000-1800 or 1400-2000. Flexibility is essential within these shift patterns as they rotate each week. Please only continue reading this advert if you're happy to work any of these shifts.
At present, the organisation is fully remote working, however you'll have an opportunity to meet your new team in person during training. The company offers two weeks of intense, tailored training and then regular coaching once you're successfully settled into your role.
Your duties will include:
- Answering telephone calls and email messages from customers with general queries
- Keeping customers up to date with appointments
- Booking engineers
- Checking the progress of customer requests
- Highlighting potential serious issues to other departments
This role demands high levels of accuracy and understanding, together with fast-acting responses. We're looking for candidates who can work under pressure but able to make sure customers are reassured and confident in your responses.
Full equipment (laptop, etc) will be provided for remote working.
