Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Central Sales Team on a permanent basis in our Head Office, Crewe.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Managing customer queries via inbound calls and emails
• Pricing and entering order details on the system
• Accurate Data Entry
• Delivering great service to customers
• Upselling products to customers and Working towards set KPI’s
• Making outbound calls to promote our products to existing customers

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
• An upbeat friendly approach when speaking to customers is essential
• Passionate about customer service with the ability to ensure all customer interaction is positive and productive
• Motivated to achieve targets
• Resilience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Effective listening skills to understand customer needs
• Excellent communication skills on all platforms
• PC literate

• Full time hours: Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm
• Saturdays on a rotational shift pattern 8am – 2pm Summer or 8am – 4pm Winter (Saturday is paid at the overtime rate).
