Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in our Southampton Depot.

About the role:

Due to the continued growth of NWF Fuels, we are on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to deliver the best possible customer care.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Taking customer orders
  • Dealing with customer queries (PODs, ETAs, invoice queries etc.)
  • Making pro-active outgoing calls to customers where required
  • Working with the Sales Team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Working with Transport to assist with fleet routing and communicating delivery times to customers
  • Dealing directly with drivers to follow up on delivery queries
  • Follow up sales campaigns on request

What you should be able to bring to the role:

  • An upbeat friendly approach when speaking to customers is essential
  • Passionate about customer service with the ability to ensure all customer interaction is positive and productive
  • Excellent communication skills on all platforms
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Good team player
  • PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
