Customer Service Agent

Malta, Madeira and Balearics have now been added to the UK government green travel list and hopefully, more of our popular destinations will follow as we go through the summer.

With the likely upsurge in travellers from the UK, we need to make sure that we are ready to provide a great support service to any customers that contact us for information or changes to their bookings.
If you have strong customer service experience, have worked in a multi-channel contact centre before and take an empathetic approach with customers - by listening to understand - then we would love to hear from you.

This role is fully remote and we will provide you with all the technology needed.

Shifts are on a rota basis:

 

  • Weekdays - 08:45 to 17:15 and 11:30 to 20:00
  • Weekends - 08:45 to 17:15
  • Our agents are expected to work 1 in every 3 weekends

We are yet to confirm a start date for our next intake but would like to get our next cohort ready to start once we have this secured.

Customer Service Agent Requirements:
