We are currently recruiting for Customer service staff to work for our national client based in Bury St Edmunds. You will be joining at a fantastic team as they look to expand their workforce on the inbound customers service team, working Monday to Friday.
We are recruiting for staff who can deliver a good customer service experience for the customers and have the ability to asses their needs and direct / put them forward to the right team within their business.
* To deliver outstanding quality of service consistently
* To answer calls in a timely and professional manner
* To liaise effectively with all department colleagues and staff throughout the wider business
* High accuracy of data input from the customer calls
* Ability to asses the calls and direct to suitable departments
