About the role
We have an exciting vacancy within our Adult Home for a dedicated Deputy Home Care Manager to join our committed care team. You will work closely with the Home Care Manager to assist with care duties, monitor and support residents whilst ensuring a high standard of care practice across the service.

The successful candidate will be allocated to one of our 13 purpose built bungalows and will have responsibility for a number of residents, alongside line management accountability for a small team of care support staff.

High levels of accuracy and organisational skills will be required as you will need to provide appropriate reports for annual reviews and ensure all necessary risk assessments are in place for the bungalow.

About You
The successful candidate will have experience of working with individuals with epilepsy and learning difficulties in either a care or residential setting, understand the importance of working to individual care plans and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also have experience of managing teams of people to ensure the efficient running of the bungalow.
