Engagement Project Manager

Pay £15.12 - £18.03 per hour

Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week.

12 weeks Temp Role


  • Developing and maintaining project management documentation including project initiation documents, project plans, and work packages;
  • Overseeing the successful delivery of projects within defined timeframes to defined standards, including activity coordination across multidisciplinary teams with members from a range of directorates;
  • Developing, maintaining and overseeing project and service risk, issue, actions and decisions logs, identifying mitigations for risks and identifying when to escalate risks to service leads;
  • Organising and leading project meetings, including setting agenda, preparing papers and chairing project meetings as required, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged appropriately;
  • Preparing and presenting management reports and other presentations of data analysis at Advisory Groups and other meetings with national stakeholders;
  • Analysing complex data to identify patterns and trends and producing management reports for senior stakeholders including highlight reports, impact reports and end of project reports;


  • A Prince 2 qualification or proven equivalent project management experience;
  • Proven experience in independently managing a portfolio of projects of diverse scopes and purpose and ensuring their delivery on time and to target;
  • A proven track record in managing stakeholder groups, including organising meetings, chairing as required and producing minutes and following up action points;
  • Advanced user skills in the Google suite (e.g. Gmail, Google+, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Sites, Google Drive);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, communicate technical information in accessible ways and produce presentations and briefings for both lay and senior audiences;
  • The ability to analyse complex data sets, identify patterns and trends and produce reports, data sheets and other forms of data presentation e.g. dashboards for a range of audiences;
  • Experience of transforming, analysing and visualising data, including the appropriate use of summary statistics, graphs and tables;
  • Experience of developing reporting platforms using Google Data Studio;
