- Working closely within a team providing daily analysis and processing client change requests.
- Internal change requests and Studies across a busy business area.
- Ensuring proposals are timely reviewed within the internal Management Review process and adhering to the key impacting timelines.
- Facilitating and coordinating proposal reviews with senior stakeholders and business Director.
- To be flexible and prepared in an ever changing environment of complex, challenging and volume of work.
- The role also includes monthly analysis of Service Management activities, involving Key Performance Indicators and Service Measures reporting to the client.
