About the Company
Delfont Mackintosh Theatres owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End, including the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham’s.
The Role
We are looking for individuals to join our Front of House teams across our theatres, including opportunities at the Prince Edward Theatre for the UK premiere of Beetlejuice.
This role delivers exceptional customer service before, during and after performances. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, checking tickets and supporting the sale of programmes, merchandise, refreshments and snacks.
You will also play a key role in ensuring audience safety, including supporting evacuation procedures when required.

Full training will be provided.
Working Pattern
Contracts available include:
• 8 shows, minimum 30 hours over 6 days per week
• 6 shows, minimum 22.5 hours per week
• 4 shows, minimum 15 hours per week
Evening and weekend work is required.
Applicants must be 18 or over due to alcohol sales.
Important Information
For roles at the Prince Edward Theatre, availability from 13 May 2026 is required for training ahead of performances.
