As part of the HR Operations team, you will work alongside HRBPs and a HRSS function based in Europe and America, as well as collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team. We are a close-knit HR community that meets and supports each other regularly.

This role offers you the opportunity to develop your experience within a global organisation, directly supporting approximately 300 employees at our client’s Wilmslow and Longbridge sites.

We ask that you have:

  • An appropriate HR qualification, minimum CIPD level 5.
  • An understanding of HR principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Experience coaching people leaders on performance management and policy implementation.
  • Familiarity with change management and collective consultations.
  • UK employment law knowledge and experience in employee relations.

Travel Requirements:

You’ll primarily be based in Wilmslow (hybrid model) with monthly travel to the Longbridge site (Birmingham) to support the management team.
