The HR Business Partner (HRBP) role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company.

The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, providing strategic HR support and guidance. The HRBP will collaborate with various departments to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs.

Acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries from employees and managers, the HRBP will support the overall people agenda. With our impressive growth plans of the next 4 years, recruitment, training and development, retention and engagement are key priorities fundamental to this role.

You will constantly look for opportunities to improve and innovate the HR administration process. Don’t worry if you have no experience of Solar, we will teach you everything you need to know.

Working autonomously, reporting into the CEO, the HR Business Partner will take ownership for all HR and people related matters.

About you

• To be successful in this role you’ll have strong communication skills, a strong experience of the practical application of employment law, a keen eye for detail, be reliable and have a great interpersonal skills. You will have experience of developing good relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and working as a strategic partner for a business.
• You will be used to influencing business decisions through HR analytics and you will enjoy influencing others. Having courageous conversations and positively managing change will come naturally to you.
• You must have experience in a similar autonomous HR role. Experience of talent management, resourcing and recruitment would be advantageous, and qualified to CIPD Level 3 (or higher) would be essential. If you have the ability to show initiative and problem solve, this role will be ideal for you!

This is an autonomous role reporting directly into the CEO, suitable for someone who is looking to make a difference and progress their career.
