The role of an ICT Infrastructure Analyst at Hft is fast paced and varied, one day could be enabling a person we support to access technology to contact family members, through to being the technical lead on a project to help ensure the future readiness of the organisation.
The Infrastructure team are responsible for the organisations ability to access essential business systems, so competency to perform Incident Management within set standards, including logging Incidents correctly, a thorough investigative process, and provide a suitable remedial action are fundamental.What’s in it for you?
