The Role

You’ll drive revenue growth by proactively selling our products and services to target companies. You’ll position Learning Tree as the go-to provider across our four practice areas: People, Process, Technology, and Cyber. You will expand public course enrolments by broadening the product range and quantity of sales to target accounts, collaborating with colleagues to develop enterprise-level activity.

You will be actively focussed on generating leads, prospecting and finding new business, making outbound sales calls promoting Learning Tree’s campaigns and special offers. You’ll also play a key role in responding to incoming client calls and emails and ensuring a high level of service to our customers.

What You Will Bring

You’ll have consultative B2B sales experience and will have had experience in prospecting for new business. You’ll have had experience of customer success and account management. You’ll have worked in a role where you’ll have developed great customer service, IT and organisational skills. You will have had experience with a CRM, ideally a bespoke system outside the normal Salesforce or HubSpot.

You’ll be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets and KPIs with a positive attitude. You’ll thrive in an environment that values accountability and high activity levels, where collaboration and resilience is key and egos are left at the door.

You’ll have a great hybrid work balance, working from home, and getting together with the team at our fantastic offices in Leatherhead, Surry once a week. We also have offices in Canary Wharf, London.

The Package

Salary for the Inside Sales Executive role is £30K. OTC in year one will be between £5K-£10K, once you’re up to speed you can earn up to £15K commission per year.
