Qualifications specific to this role:
- Ideally rising junior or senior undergraduate student with a background in information technology service delivery
- IT Desktop Support experience is preferred, knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
- Excellent communication and writingskills along with strong organization and attention to detail.
