Role purpose

We are currently looking to recruit a Knowledge Management Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis in Nether Alderley. The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the development and content oversight of Tier 0 knowledge base on behalf of the People Function including MyHR (People intranet portal), Knowledge Management, Case Management and Office 365 collaboration tools.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Owns the design and construction of My HR knowledge management portal 
  • Works with content owners from across the People function to write, edit, publish and advise on the most appropriate channel to provide People information, processes and guidance for RLG colleagues 
  • Ensures knowledge and information is consistent across all channels accessible to people leaders, colleagues, and the People Team 
  • Monitors and reviews analytical trends of all content continuously seeking to improve effectiveness of Tier 0 channels including quality of information, ease of access, usage, and feedback 
  • Ensures change control processes are in place and documented for audit purposes 

 

Essential Criteria

  • Strong background within Content / Knowledge Management, preferably in a HR environment 
  • Excellent writing and editing skills that reflect the ability to clarify and simplify complicated information and messages 
  • Excellent analytical skills but with the ability to look at the bigger picture 
  • Experience of working with Tier 0 technology such as SuccessFactors Service Centre, Case Management tools, Knowledge Management systems 

 

Desirable 

  • Strong experience of Office 365 – Teams, Yammer, Planner, Forms 
  • Strong customer service orientation 
  • Good communication skills with the confidence to communicate effectively.
