Job Description

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic candidate who has a good understanding of design and branding, including some experience working with brand guidelines.

You will join our small but expanding marketing team working on a range of disciplines from creation to delivery of company branding executed across multiple mediums including print and digital. Examples of daily work include design of marketing literature, policy documents, digital design for online marketing and video assets (would be a bonus).

You will have great communication skills, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and understand the importance of building good relationships and working as a team.

The ideal candidate will assist the Senior Marketing Creative Executive and work alongside the marketing team, they will be creative and proactive with excellent attention to detail and good visual skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with producing engaging, high-quality and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including brochures for print and digital, digital assets for social media, HTML emails, policy documents, posters, exhibition and displays.
  • Assist with non-graphical documentation and templates in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF formats (including interactive PDFs) – for internal, client facing and insurer audiences.
  • Work with existing design templates in keeping with our brand guidelines. You will be our brand guardian.
  • Assist with design illustrations, icons, data visualisation, graphs, charts, and videos.
  • Creation of engaging infographics and social media assets.
  • Understanding of digital advertising tactics.
  • Creative input into marketing campaigns.

Experience:

Essential:-

  • Knowledge of Adobe CC packages (InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator / Acrobat)
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Desirable:-

  • Just out of college/ university
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
