Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a proven Marketing Manager to join our friendly team. This role is intrinsic to the S&A division and will not only be involved with the day to day elements but will also contribute and help develop the annual marketing strategy for the Division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager looking for their next move.

The Role

  • To support the Head of Marketing and develop an annual strategic marketing and content plans
  • Line Management of a Marketing Executive and a Graphic Designer
  • Asset sign off support for marketing executives – including articles, email, social posts, partner assets, design creative and more
  • Plan, track and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Budget management – support managing the marketing budget, alongside processing of invoices and monthly updates
  • Marketing partnership support – to be the lead marketing contact and support in supplying a range of marketing assets to partners both large and small
  • Collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders both internally and externally at all levels across the business
  • Working closely with the wider team to manage a range of customer facing websites
  • Content creation for Internal Communications


  • A team player who is personable, collaborative, and happy to get stuck in
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • Demonstrable experience of developing integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing channels
  • Excellent copywriting skills and eye for detail
  • Experience of budget management and invoice processing
  • Strong Adobe suite and GA skillset
  • Website CMS experience – WordPress preferred
  • Comfortable using a range of tools to execute, measure and report on marketing campaigns
  • Email marketing experience – preferably Campaign Monitor
  • Managing and delivering events from start to finish
  • Relevant degree or qualified to CIM / IDM Diploma level
  • 2+ years marketing experience
  • Basic graphic design experience (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is desirable)
  • Social media experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience of insurance, financial services or professional services industry desirable but not essential
